Description: I developed this accordion-style checkout form as part of the shopping cart module for the MetrixStream CMS (Content Management System). Changes made while filling out the form will update data in relevant portions of the form, most notably the totals at the bottom. The steps are also modular, with one or several able to be omitted depending on the end-user's needs.
